The Gary Kent Scholarship Application period is CLOSED
Applications are accepted starting February 1st and close June 1st of each year.
The MAWA offers a $500 scholarship to graduating
seniors who will
pursue post-secondary study. Students planning on attending prep school, technical school,
or two or four year colleges are encouraged to apply. One scholarship will be awarded to a
wrestler or manager.
The successful applicant should demonstrate outstanding academic achievement as
well as a history of solid citizenship. A written essay, complete transcript, and two
letters of recommendation must accompany the application form. The scholarships will be
awarded following successful completion of one semester of post-secondary education.
