Outstanding contributor to SADHA organization
Leadership
Loyalty
Professionalism
Support of fellow students
Dedication to the profession of dental hygiene will be considered
GPA 3.0 minimum
Candidate for graduation May 2007
Applicants must be Maine residents for three years preceding this application
